this is the feedback from me and my surrounding friends and family who call up lhdn, one word to describe their service..terrible. you only get true and friendly service when you visit them physically

not really....if u know any HR ppl, they will tell u the same thing...they deal with all these LHDN bastard quite often, and you will know how shitty they are...most of the LHDN staff are like that..lazy as fark...not knowledgeable, incompetent, only know how to push away responsibility...
