I have obtained a call from Singapore after I placed an order for an ipad asking to confirm my details and providing them additional email address. They did not ask other personal details though. Is this common?

QUOTE(mystvearn @ May 17 2017, 07:08 AM) Bought from Apple Malaysia ic quite abnormal. but maybe due to the delivery to outside peninsular so they need more info for delivery. Anyway, it cannot be a fake call. nothing to worry about.

Your orders on Apple.my goes to Apple.sg and would be shipped from Sg and if no stocks from China warehouse.
