Currently in the process of paying earnest deposit (3%).
The current house we are interested in has some extension done behind (kitchen) and in front (living room bigger). According to agent, seller does not have the paperwork/permit related to the extension.
Seller is 2nd owner. All these extensions was done by 1st owner.
It will be under MBSJ. As MBSJ is rather efficient, i have some concern, as while i'm not sure how big of a issue this is, i won't want to inherit/purchase a property with the possibility of illegal extension.
Please advise.
