How PSG can afford the wages for neymar when there is FFP from UEFA?
*
FFP can be divided over the length of the player's contract (Neymar contract is 5 years) so 200m+ = 50m/year. just need to sell some players during that time.

even if found guilty also they just pay the fine and maybe get limited a few players for UCL.

Another rumored method that is used
> PSG is owned by Qatar Sports. Qatar signs Neymar as their World Cup ambassador for 300m euros.
> Neymar pays off his own release clause with the money (all Spanish players must have a release clause)
> PSG signs him for free, FFP avoided.

its funny wenger told Ox to go Chelase (title contender) coz Liverpool is top four contender and not title material...time will tell
*
on top of that, apparently still got some bad blood between Liverpool and Arsenal transfer dealings due to Suarez last time. and Liverpool inserted a clause into Firmino's contract that state he cannot be sold to Arsenal.

i think most importantly is who can pay the most.

hope this settle soon so that we can get a new replacement.

right now, seems like Liverpool can pay over the odds if they want to.
Coutinho deal seems imminent. they bought Naby Keita already and might go Thomas Lemar or Oxlade.
