3. Confirm this is happening to my cousin. He was wiping the camera and then it just stop focusing. I also shake it and then it returned to normal.

samsung s8 is rubbish phone !!!
talking on phone call, 10 minutes later suddenly no sound,
i didn't mute it, it just suddenly no sound..

some time the phone also mute by it self,
caused me missed a lot important call because the phone just didn't ring at all..

this is a comman issue for all S8,
samsung s8 official forum already a lot complain on this.
BUT samsung still CAN"T fix it !!!

Im sorry but I didn't have to make a mess or anything unruly to get mine replaced.

I went and collect my preorder set from Samsung Gardens, I didn't check properly on the spot and just accepted my unit. Before leaving I asked the store manager if anything wrong with the phone what can I do, he told me within 3 days can come back and they will exchange a new set for me and if after 3 days I would have to go to service center instead. He also then asked me if I was worried about the red-tint issue and I said yes. He told me not to worry about it and so I went home..

upon reaching home and playing around with the phone I found mine had green edges rather than the red tint and some scuffs on the metal near the volume rocker. So I immediately went back to Gardens to exchange. And they allowed me to exchange, no questions asked. I just told them im not happy with it and the manager said ok no problem we'll exchange it for you. So thats mystory of spending 6 hours in Samsung Gardens and opening up 4 brand new S8 sets in total.

Because of this experience im very glad and satisfied. Hence if you check v3 and v4 threads I was and still am a strong advocate that if you're unhappy with your phone you should request for a 1 to 1 exchange. But if you chose to live with it then I cannot help you.

How to avoid scratches on the back even after using back case? Got like tiny dust/particle inside the back cover that will scratch or leave spotty mark. I am using cheap Goospery designed by Mercury cover. Probably need better case?
