mine can easily get 4-5 hours of 1 and half day use. But it depends how you wanna measure it. If straight away use non stop from 100% til 0% surely can get 6-7 hours SOT.

Sorry I came from Note 5. Never used S7. However I think new phone is like this la. I remembered last time when I got my Note 5, battery damn powerful. After few months seems deteriorated a lot and need to charge after lunch. I hope this will never happen to S8

At first I was so concerned about battery life, but now I try not to care too much, else you will not be able to enjoy the phone.    So just buy extra charger and leave it in the office or use powerbank if you always work outside. If we worry too much then we won't be happy

Lesson learnt: Original S8 SP not compatible with Spigen Tough Armor

Why would you expect it to be sent next day...is common to wait 3 to 4 days. Did seller said it will be sent the next day?

I'm coming to KL on 23rd and 24th this month. Can you share your screen protector experience with me. Please post type of screen protector (tampred glass, PET or film type), place of installation, quality and price here. I don't really like tampered glass personally. I'm thinking of installing normal clear type of screen protector. Look forward to receive your comments here

Do you want PET or TPU type?

PET go for original Samsung SP. RM40 for a box, inside got 2 pcs.

TPU can go for X-One for front only protection for RM80 but no lifetime warranty or Clear-Coat for front, back and sides protection with lifetime warranty. RRP is RM175, i'm letting mine go at 25% discount, but only for S8.

Tempered Glass on the other hand, if you can afford those RM300 then go for it, but it has no warranty. Otherwise dont bother with cheap TG, they are useless.

PET type from Samsung covers the edge but not fully. Just enough only. Meaning there's still gap, but i think so that it doesnt lift up when using cases. The only case safe to use with Samsung ori SP is cases from Samsung S8 series. The other cases im not too sure, but many have complained it lifts up.

for the clear-coat, no its removed from my phone. Meaning its unusable and if you want it, you have to bring it back to get it re-installed. The shop will do a fresh install for you.
In terms of quality and touch sensitivity, both are good quality and doesnt affect touch sensitivity. BUT the difference between the 2 is clarity, grippy-ness and oil/smudges retention.

I'll try to sum the pros and cons up for you. Those "+-" means can be viewed as pro and con depending on the type of user/preferences.

Samsung original SP:
+ Clarity and smoother to the touch but still not as smooth as glass.
+ Cheaper
- Protect the front only, leaving the sides and back glass vulnerable.
- Not very case-friendly with other cases than Samsung official cases.
- Picks up oil and smudges easily, making the phone slippery
- Micro scratches will be visible if and when you do pick them up, so if you want it to be gone, you need to take it off and apply a new piece of SP.

Clearcoat:
+ Full protection for front, sides and back
+ Has 2 cutting, non-case friendly (seamless blend and real edge to edge coverage) or case-friendly cutting to prevent lifting up issues when using cases.
+ Lifetime warranty, can go re-apply when you pick up scratches, etc etc.
- Expensive (but you can get 2nd hand from those who are looking to sell theirs away like me)
+- It has slight rubbery feeling to it (its a characteristic of all TPU type screen protectors), what it does is it gives the phone more grip to hold as its less prone to picking up oil and smudges AND it allows for micro-scratches to self heal due to the elastic characteristic of TPU.

If just normal non TG I would recommend  Samsung original SP
