i got a slightly red tint defective unit but i not dare to ask for change on the spot,
because  i saw other buyer there also just accept their red tint s8..

next year S9 pre-order collection date can i go with u,

FYI, there's no screen crack warranty at all if you buy from Senheng. You will need to purchase the screen crack warranty within 30 days from the SC after you bought the Samsung phone.

No need. Maxis PO included 2 years phone warranty plus one time screen crack protection.

accidentally crack can claim, but Rm100 service charge.

If you scare they won't accept just use hammer and hit the screen until it cracks entirely.   

guys, i told u many2 times. only ccoat can protect ur device from scratch at max. backside oso need to protect even using expensive casing. dust & micro sand are nasty.

im not affiliated to ccoat/moutfitters in any way. just sharing my experience. at least when i sell my phone the buyer will be happy.

front, back & all around frames. u can ask installer cut the extra film to stick on ur cam but i wont do that. cam lens cover glass is very seldom (rarely) to scratch & im afraid the film may affect image capturing.

When I sent in my S6e to change screen in Wisma Bentley, it was completed on the same day.

Got fed up looking for a suitable screen protector for my phone. End up bought this from Samsung store for 69. Surprisingly quality is quite good.cover from edge to edge and doesnt feel too rubber-ish

Sorry for ur loss man. Pretty suprising. Saw those drop test video the front looks durable enough for light to medium beating. Even with rhinoshield crash bumper can sustain pretty high drop.
The angle must be culprit here.
