I think every official store/dealer have been alert about this red tint issue b4 official launching on 5th may, thats why those who complaint and insist, they can get 1 to 1 exchange within 3 days.
I bought my s8+ on the first day roadshow at sunway, later unbox it at home then i realised i got the defect unit. So i went back the next day on saturday, compare my unit with the display set, their staff confirmed it and agree to change new unit for me. No question asked. Everything was perfect until the next day (sunday) i open youtube app, the first 30 second the red tint issue appeard very vividly but will disappear slowly. It only happen with youtube app. But i malas to go all the way to sunway again and just accept my 'red youtube'. |
