QUOTE(yfchin2 @ May 22 2017, 10:13 AM) Anyone have problem with s8+ original clear screen protector where dust will get under the edge of the phone and literally cant be removed unless the SP is being removed? I guess its a common problem since there is a nice curve there but jsut wonder if anyone else has a better solution? Clear coat or go naked hahaha |

QUOTE(citacitata @ May 22 2017, 04:34 PM) Actually the LCD naked itself can survive light drops. With zero cracks. I can say mine survived about < 10 drops, from pocket height. It wasn't until my dotter slammed it onto the marble floor then it went GG. Flat screen should be less prone to crack when dropped like my Z2, dropped countless times still ok but the body is different case. Curved screen more prone to crack when dropped or hit certain weak spot without dropping like mine, i accidentally hit the wall while holding it and the bottom left edge chipped / ding cracked but the steel frame is alright though. If each time u drop and have to fork out RM290, means the seller is creating a need out of nothing. |

QUOTE(LordDenning @ May 22 2017, 07:38 PM) thats what he says la. but then again hes a salesman. Once i am back from Tokyo, i am going Samsung store and check the price for screen replacement. So take everything he says with a grain of salt until it can be confirmed by a trustworthy or official sources. I too find it hard to believe because the s8/s8+ glass seems larger than its predecessors, so logically it will be more expensive as well. |

My phone's GPS seems to be clunky and not accurate, is there any way to troubleshoot it or do i have to bring it to Samsung?
