Unfortunately I've become a noob again, lost access to my previous account from ages ago

Does anyone have experience using the Bulk Payment File function on Maybank2u Biz?
Saw this option where it mentions file upload to perform multiple transfers to non-Maybank accounts.

Wondering if there's a template for the file. Trying to figure out the file type; .CSV and .TXT doesn't work. The error says: 'Invalid file name format. File type must be 31'.
File type must be 31?!

Anyway, can't remember if I signed up for Maybank Autocredit System (MAS). I'm under the impression this is needed to perform transactions on the Payee Download Portal (PDP). I do have access to the PDP by the way.

Would really appreciate it if someone with experience in this could advise. I'll buy you a beer/beverage of your choice
