Tough rental this area.. this SR Macam only around 1k-1.3k pm.

Some more surrounding manyak join in to price war. Macam almost same spec punya amerin.

Now almost everywhere rental also cucuk water. The last time lengandary zest resi near kinrara area and near lrt also cucuk water kao kao. Last time Highly recommend by the famous malai prop guru here. From around 2.5k ~3.7k pm 3-5 years ago. Now only 1.7k pm for fully furnished 3 beds unit. 1st hand owner lucky still can break even from the rental income. Later hand owner if for invest memang burn hand kaolat.


Even some very highend condo huge unit size at mk area also cucuk water Sampai 3k pm only. Memang kaolat till both legs also Straight Straight.

When even more affordable house come out even jialat kao kao lat. this type of property seriously not much different from Prima or rumahwip. Almost same same no different. Why pay more to get it? Only -point is tie up few years.

This chs developer punya yard design is very very bad. Want to cut cost save space to max kao the units. They made the yard very close to each other.. so become lack of light... hardly the light can reach in..... Long run will be wet wet creepy. Already become their “signature”...
