HD-DVDs are region free, Bluray is not. Why people are more open to buying Blurays is that Malaysia is grouped together with US and Japan so getting originals isnt an issue. Getting European/Australian Blurays are still a no-no since they are region B, we are region A.

oh one more thing people .. BD is not DVD. BD = Blu-ray Disk. No such thing as Blu-ray Disk DVD ....

How about a starting a thread reviewing blu-ray movies? e.g. PQ, AQ, special features. What do u guys think?
