Anyone watch the making on AXN?

said something bout him doing 3000 reps of pullups & deadlifts a day.
He is also featured in March's issue of Men's Health (should be the american version)..
anyone have it?

it's most probabbly humanly impossible to do 3000 freaking pullups and 3000 freaking deadlifts a day, it's pure madness man.

300 situps is nothing...

my gym owner used to do 2000++ situps before competition.
Ushers does like 500 sit ups a day, peter andre does 600

shocking.gif i onli do it with a 5kg med ball...cannot carry big plated up to where the situp bench it....

how u do the sit ups? i lower myself until parallel to ground then wait 5 seconds then repeat 3x8

my back doesn't touch the mat of course, but it's near there.
what's the biggie man? Don't your PT make u do situps?
of course, i admit when i first started, doing 15 proves to be a challenge tongue.gif

but i am a lazy guy, i don't like doing hundreds of situps...
maybe i'll hug 2x15KG plates and do 25 rep LOL
