It's going to be an exciting line up for Winning Eleven: Pro Evo Soccer fans from the 31st of March to the 15th of April 2007 with a tournament happening at the Subang Parade IT Fair.

7/8 April - Preliminary (128 players)
14/15 - Finals (top 64 players)

Registration is free and if you need to train, come by any time during the IT Fair to train as there will be free PCs. Gamepads will also be provided if you don't have any.
FYI, Winning Eleven: Pro Evo Soccer is the new version that combines both European and American/Japanese versions so there will only be one title in future.

1. 10min per half
2. Camera wide
3. 3 subs
4. Winners of each group will be determining by accumulating points:
WIN - 3 points DRAW - 1 point LOSE - 0 point. (Applicable for League on 14th and 15th April 2007)
. An umpire will adjudicate each match and decision shall be final.
. For any reason a player withdraws from the tournament at any time, their opponent will win with a walkover.
. No penalty kicks for draw games.

Additional Notes:
You can only register for 1 preliminary, just that it was split into 2 days to accomdate the large number of players. If the are empty seats, players can register for the 2nd day!

Please be present at Subang Parade, 10am for a briefing. The tournament will start at 10.30 am sharp. Also, the 32 finalists will be re-drawn into the groups so the previous schedule is no longer usable.
Players need to be present as there is a need to do the drawing by you.
All 32 finalists' players will be playing and therefore any latecomer will be disqualified.
The earlier we begin, the better it will be.

Home & Away Knockout Game
1. Team Selection: Clubs only
2. Time: 10min per half
3. Camera Angle: Camera wide
4. Substitutions: 3 Subs
5. Away game - Yes
6. Away goal - No
7. Extra Time - Golden Goal
8. Penalty Kicks - Yes
9. Player Condition: Random
10. Weather Condition: Fine
11. Time: Day
12. An umpire will adjudicate each match and decision shall be final.
13. For any reason a player withdraws from the tournament at any time, their opponent will win with a walkover.
The 15th of April 2007 will be a league game for the top and all of the above rules will still apply.
