My experience using 30MBPS UniFi lately from March and May is bad. April was OK after the complaint and it turns out that they went sluggish again. End up online gaming spikes or streaming also... Keep complaining, thanks!

I am not getting the 50MBPS upgrade but this 30MBPS already cracks any of us out. I get like 5-10MBPS or less usually. What in the heck is going on? Technicians checked already twice in last 2 months but now back to sluggish performance.

I'm saying we are not paying for what we really wanted. We need some group from your Peninsular side and complain them #KasiDiaTahu
