Celcom already did test on 5G network using 28GHz & can get speed of up to 18Gbps! More than 4G+ speed already. But if they not use 28GHz spectrum. dont believe on their "only 1 DEVICES SPEED TEST"....due to one device, off course all throughput will be given to that device... try more device like 50 or 100 with concurrent speedtest/loading/streaming... than the speed is shit already....

even now 4G+ didnt give any different as per they advertised...

yup they do mark like that to easy tracking...

even at the pole or ground, got incremental numbering marking....

just like tnb mark their pole...easier to track problem...

suddenly TM which multi billionaire company and now just like a small company which is dont have idea ho to do mass upgrade on their backbone...

is it very hard to do the upgrade? based on the previous statement just around 500,000+ account will be eligible, based on this, i believe around 10% maybe are eligible from 50 to 100mbps... which is 50k account... it is hard to order 50k modem from 2 or maybe 3 sources?

tomorrow gonna shot them answer and then straight to mcmc complaint if not satisfied with the answer.......

then check got sms, miss called from 03-26014000 just around 5:15pm... sure they want to ask appointment...

my workplace is so ulu so digi no signal...

TM just called for upgrade. and choose earliest date which is on 27/07/2017....

after submit MCMC complaint then it move... just like penukul dan pahat...

finally upgraded.....after filing to MCMC, less than week to upgrade... sure malaysia typical works...

using wired...

so far so good....phone need to connect with 5ghz

only not good is they didnt give the router..... later rage with TM.... supposed they need to give that thing even i am using my own router....

this my word of complaint to skmm...

Salam 1Malaysia.

Disini saya ingin membuat satu aduan terhadap ketidakpatuhan janji yang diberikan oleh pihak penyedia Telekom Malaysia di mana seperti yang diwartakan oleh Perdana Menteri Malaysia pada pembentangan bajet tahun 2017 dimana perkhidmatan internet akan dinaik taraf kelajuan sekali ganda daripada yang dilanggani bergantung kepada keperluan teknikal.

Saya sebagai pelanggan TM dan layak mendapat insentif tersebut dan melalui pelan perancangan TM, naik taraf ini akan dilakukan bermula pada bulan Mac 2017 sehingga Jun 2017. Kemudiannya dilanjutkan kepada bulan Julai 2017 dan yang terbaru dilanjutkan kepada Oktober/November 2017. Bagi saya ini adalah petunjuk pihak TM seolah seolah tidak memegang pada janji yang dinyatakan oleh Perdana Menteri dan amat memalukan sedangkan masa yang agak mencukupi untuk menaik taraf semua pelanggan yang layak. Adalah tidak adil kepada pengguna yang layak menikmati naik taraf percuma ini tetapi tidak dapat mendapat naik taraf secara percuma ini sehingga sekarang kerana pihak lain membayar pada sama harga tetapi kelajuan ada separuh berbanding yang telah menikmati naik taraf percuma.

Saya berharap pihak SKMM dapat menggesa dan menggerakkan TM untuk menyegerakan proses naik taraf ini kepada pengguna yang layak bagi memenuhi janji yang diberikan oleh Perdana Menteri kita yang diucapkan pada pembentangan bajet 2017 tahun lepas.

key word is promise has been "diwartakan" as budget need to be approve by parliament... others is non compliance with promise which is made by pm so kpi not achieve.....

Haha... normal je ni... biasanya for complaint to government i write in malay.... compalint to celcom or others, normally in english but sometimes will write in malay also... like this also...
