Go to TM Point and request to relocate. I have relocated twice and no fees.
Very pleasant experience and easy process, I can choose my preferred schedule.

No relocation fee

1. Make sure the new place is under UniFi coverage
2. Go to TM Center to check if the new place still have empty port. If no port, then you're screwed. If got port, then proceed to number 3
3. Provide all required details to TM for the relocation

If no port, they will downgrade to Streamyx for you. If no Streamyx, then can cancel without penalty.

why is my ping so high? and download speed lower compared to other peoples? They just installed at my place but they left in a hurry so I'm afraid they cut corners.

Which package that you subscribed? If Advance 30 then looks normal albeit ping is very high.

Just checked with my dad subscribed Unifi 30 so it should normal? But the ping... no words..

Bing is high usually it depends on the location of the server and its distance from you.

Using wifi, Router is the standard one provided by tmnet, i240G-T

After many test, the ping seemed lower now.. although still high. So unstable.

Try test with KL server and see. Penang server are unstable. I also get higher ping and lower speed if i test with Penang server.
