So back in 2015 I made the biggest mistake of purchasing a FFXIV Heavensward bundle on Steam when I was still studying in America. Fast forward to today, I'm back in Malaysia and had changed my region on steam to Malaysia a while back. Now I'm unable to purchase Stormblood due to the game itself being region locked. Any ideas?

Yup. Do mind though only the pre-order code can be activated, the expansion code will only work once the expansion is released.

i sold my steam account ff14 to an American, now he contact me to activate via steam, he have the Code, will i able to activate it though steam in malaysia?

u dont need to activate on steam since u already have it. just proceed to install in mogstation i think
