Hi, I wonder is there any Gen 4 owner here and facing same issue as mine. I have 2 units of Gen 4 and both cannot shutdown permanently like Gen 3.

Long press the power button on remote, the Gen 4 switch off, within an hour it will automatically wake up/turn on. For Gen 3 it is permanently switch off.

Can some Gen 4 owner help to confirm this?
