Just go to App Market
click on UBTV select UNINSTALL
than click again it will auto install ... wait till 100%
than open like normal way...

I test many time no problem ... cause is pre-install on device

actually no need reset..

all apps are PRE-INSTALLED in device...

just go App Market ... remove and reinstall ....

Im using nearly 2 years... always do this if cant open ,,,,
