If red blood cell count is low, one of the suggestion is to eat kerang(shells). Maybe can consult doctor about it.

I'm facing this problem during pregnancy. Always below the delivery standard (my doctor said at least 10, and 11 will be safe).
My hemoglobin during pregnancy is around 9.1. KK nurse suggested with obimin. It does help a little. Then, gynae advice to take iberet. I able to boost up my hemoglobin around week38 to 11. And, i had safe delivery smile.gif
In between, i took vitamin C to helps iron absorb. And some red meats, red dates soup, cherry, beetroot, spinach。I think it does helps to boost up.

During my pregnancy also due to low HB ard 9 only in 12 weeks. Then I took Iberet Folic 500 from dc advice and can get it from pharmacy. Then back to 12 when i enter 3rd trimester. You better get dc advice b4 consume it.

When taking iberet or sangobion take together with vitamin c better absorption. Do not take milk, soya bean, coffee or tea will block them.

Take beef, red dates, beetroot, red bean, spinach, grapes and black bean soup.
