Hi there, was wondering if someone could help me out with some issues i have been facing for some time.

Tried searching around the internet but didn't really get me anywhere besides creating a new iCloud account or apple id.

problem 1. I get the following error when i try to open iCloud drive - "There was a problem loading the content of this folder. Try opening the folder again later". i hardly have anything in iCloud drive so it is practically empty. i am however able to view them on my iPhone app just not anywhere else.

problem 2. I can't back up my WhatsApp chats to iCloud. it gets stuck at backing up 0%. it also says last back up as never although i have been using this option for a couple of years now since it was available.

not sure if these 2 are connected though.

maybe you can try login at icloud.com? does it work?

Hi, apologies for the late reply. I tried this originally and got the error on point 1.

i still have not figured it out yet. Problem 2 is what i am more focussed on trying to fix.

Do you mean you are trying to backup via the Whatsapp app settings itself and not via iCloud?

If so I'm having the same problem.
