My close friend who lives in CP7, all these years got renovate and maintain, until now still not satisfied and they are investing another RM250k on renovating their CP7 house, still think it won't be enough.

Condition not that great, but for the location and convenience, really no choice.

Traffic is bad but still far better than most places within Klang valley, plus got trader's square and C180, jam also jam for 2-3 mins only.

U mean morning rush hour? That's a question I don't think about hahahahah but definitely not as bad as setia Alam.

If mild traffic, 25 mins can reach jalan loke yew

from semenyih.... u can enter the peak hours contra flow directly towards KL area... hence it looks better than SA... because SA dont have such options at NKVE... haha...

i would like some advice where i can get landed houses below 600k, prefer 500-580k thats near to Putrajaya

i have visit Seriana ,Salak tinggi and Nilai showroom

appreciate the advice

why avoid those area ?

salak tinggi access is quite bad and they mention there is new access road to kota warisan
