Samsung retail shop and Samsung Careline not allow me to do 1 to 1 exchange , red tint issie..they even ask to go to service to let them study as white mouse...very dissapointed...please help..any advice?

wondering whose unit have green tint and red tint all all around the edges (incl. top and bottom), normal for everyone?

Quite disappointed of Samsung quality.
The new exchanged phone still have red tint issue. Noticeable when Tilt some angle..I think unable to get another new set. |

My screen mode, basic, cinema and photo all shows same red screen, with no difference actually... Wondering those options is useless... Anyone experience same condition?
