My s8 at 5.8" is miles better than my iphone7+ at 5.5", it only gives illusion that the s8 is a smaller phone therefore smaller screen. Which is why the s8 and s8+ is so damn brilliant, it gives you a small form factor that punches a big ass screen.

Once you start watching videos/movies, especially lights turned off, god damn the difference is obvious.

I wont see my fingers holding the phone nor the bezels and sides making it less distracting and gives a much much better experience

yes it does, 4-5 hours of SOT easily.

but idle power consumption not as good as iphone. about 1% drain per hour when idle at night.

btw if you using 7+ before this, why not get the s8+, its same size anyway, but you get 6.2" screen and a bigger battery..

I have a habit since first day I use mobile phone, which is, off everything before I sleep, because I don't want to be disturbed by the incoming messages during sleep time. I only leave the mobile signal on, just in case of emergency calls at midnight.

To those who doesn't want battery % to drop overnight, might as well off the whole damm phone lah 😂

Bro, I'm ip7+ user too and I can tell u that you won't be using the S8/8+ fingerprint sensor much. Because you will be using Iris scanner. So S8+ all the way. When ip8 comes I believe S8+ is a more popular choice and therefore can sell easier.

I'm very satisfied with my S8 battery life. Although my battery died off before 6pm, but that's because I used the phone frequently since morning. SOT is at 8 hours

Generally I spent half the time on mobile network and half on Wi-Fi. About 1 hour gaming, 1 hour YouTube, then the rest on web browsing and messaging. Got to love my S8.
