Hi does anyone know if Samsung stores sell the screen protector that comes with the starter kit? If yes, how much?

i remember samsung times square tried to scam me by keeping another 1pc sp that actuallycomes 2pcs in the pack for RM40 iirc. then they increased the price

Just insist on them to put nicely and obviously if its not nicely put you can ask them to try again. If they fark up just ask for another one. They slap a RM40 price tag for a piece of plastic, that price alone screams a good installation on your phone.

Just to share, tested the workaround to use dual sim card + microsd card at the same time for S7 Edge and confirm it works on S8 as well.

Since it requires a mod to the memory card and sim card, as usual do at own risk of voiding warranty, melting your sim/memory card, sim card tray get stuck and cannot open etc. Think carefully before trying.

However for me, it is useful as I can ditch my second phone now.

In my case, to remove the SIM card chip no need to use actual fire or candle or lighter or fancy heat gun, just move it near to hot oven or stove the glue would melt sufficiently already that you can pull it off with tweezers.

Any step-by-step guide? i'm a iOS user

Wow how did you destroy it? Broken? If sim card broke can get replacement from service center rm10.. if 128gb or 200gb sd card broke will cry.. haha..

I just use gam UHU last time but it fell off, now tried with elephant glue seems to work. Tight fit but it went in.

Yes, CC is very rubbery at first. But after washing it and using for few days, it is less rubbery. But still RUBBERY. Cannot compare to the smooth feeling of the original Samsung SP, it is almost as smooth as glass. CC is even worst for S-Pen based on my experience with the Note7 (just informing those who intend to use CC on Note8).

I don't think these are Samsung Malaysia sets...do clarify with them first

Just discovered today that the rear camera doesn't focus at all except for near objects. Images turned out blurry & out of focus. It was ok when I first got the S8 on May 4. Front camera however is working fine. Tried restart with no effect.. ☹☹

I thought you can tap the screen to choose where to focus, no?
