first of all, buyer MUST hire a lawyer to draft the SPA...then lawyer will send to seller's lawyer for approval.

secondly if seller don't want to hire a lawyer he can do so. But buyer must be represented.

Thirdly the seller cannot force you to use his lawyer - where got such nonsense?? Use his lawyer so they can screw you over ka?
anyway I have never heard of such nonsense ..

ask him to take his property and go fly kite..
