Bro... Please la... Sometimes don't just share some info without confirmation. This is not propose other party to arrange shuttle service to Centura.... Mahsing purchase a shuttle bus and handover to Centura Management, to fetch residents to LRT and MRT Sentul station.

My understanding
a) Residential land - only build residential project without any commercial unit like retail lots. It is called Condominium. Example Foresta @ Sri Damansara

B) commercial land - can build either residential project or commercial project or Mixed.
- if mixed residential and commercial unit, it is called Service Apartment. Example TR Residence @ Jln Tun Razak
- if only residential without any commercial unit, it also called as Service Apartment. Example Citizen 1 & 2 @ OKR
