i done this few years ago. you have to go to Bank Rakyat and fill in a form for this purpose. there is a long waiting list for this coz so many people interested unless you able to find some share owner that willing to sell it to you directly. me, i have to wait for quite sometime after submitting the form, then only offered 500 units that equal to RM500. ok la. resubmit an application and still no news till now.

And I don’t remember how long I waited. Even when received the invitation to purchase the unit I was surprise coz I already forgotten that I applied for it.

I think it was just my luck as that year bank rakyat decided to increase their public share.

What I was informed before which I don’t really sure if it true or not is when somebody sell their share, then the waiting list given the chance to purchase it. I guess it is a very longgggggg list
