ya , some people tot if a mongrel , those owner just give them left over food , this is bad idea , although is mongrel but they do need more nutrition and good dog food . never '' NEVER '' buy those food from supermarket which is ALPO or PEDIGREE , sumtimes i saw many consumer still buy those alpo or pedigree from supermarket...sigh ... i do hope they more care and love their own furkid more , which is make their live more heatlhy and live longer.

yeah , website do help us to how to care own furkid . sumtimes i do research myself. anyway i really appreciate what you do which is u willing to rescue a stray dog . u know what ? i went ikano last 3 month and i still remember i went a adoption booth at a corner which is btw ikano and ikea , and the adoption booth do really good and well , and i do pay a visit there , and see those puppies . and one middle age women , ask what breed is this dog btw , free of charge ? one of a staff there say is a mix breed , then the women reply '' huh , it mean is a MONGREL '' lah ...and she whisper to her family '' who want mongrel '' that time i really angry , and tell the staff those people just want branded dog , why dun just go buy a pure breed and visit adoption booth , it make me more annoying and feel those people look down on a mongrel . so you are doing a right thing , i really appreciate it . god bless u

yeah , there still many mongrel need home and care from adopter .there's many forum showing those mongrel need home badly ... sigh . what i hope is i hope they will find a good home soon .

hmm terrorist ya is true those manufacture is from those famous company but then how 2 say it purchase at hypermarket . easy example way to decribe : supermarket for dog food = fast food . and u will see those pedigree and alpo dog food is not with good ingredient . well , one of my friend want buy Alpo because he want to save money , and his dog always drop fur . it mean eat more those dog food is no good for health lor .

erm nvm , u can finish the Alpo first then change other brand . well i feed my furkid with science plan lamb and rice flavour . but other forumer do recommend blackwood / or eagle pack . hmm so far i feed my lui lui science plan lamb and rice is good , this dog food recommend from my furkid 's breeder.

Brand of Food
- The best is of course Holistic. If you were to get a dog that is prone to skin problems, one should give California Natural a try. It really does improve the skin and fur. Other holistic types of dogfood are Canidae, NutriEdge, EaglePack Holistic, Innova Holistic... there are more brands but I will just mention those for now. If you can't locate holistic, go for super premium like Eukanuba, Nutro, Blackwood, ProFormance....
- How to locate a good brand of dogfood? Look at the ingredients, the first 5 listed food ingredients used should not be corn or wheat, should not be Meal, should not be Chicken Digest or by-products.... Choose one that says Chicken or Lamb.... not meal but the meat. Dogs can be allergic to beef and beef can attract more ticks.
- If one wants to feed a homecooked diet, you must take into consideration of the amount of meat, rice and vegie. Also, homecooked meals may not contrain minerals that dogs need so you must give vitamin supplement tablets and also Omega oils to keep the dog healthy. Dogs on homecooked meals are also proned to teeth decay so the owner has to clean the teeth after everymeal.

ya honestly is really hard to recommend the best food brand here , like she say there really many brand of dog food here . but of course not encourage to buy those dog food from supermarket . those dog food is cheap , but if ur furkid eat more , will they healthy ?

i let my pups vaccination just cost me rm 50 only ler.

hmmm , those stray cat sure will come and eat ur pup food and water . because those stray cat hungry , hmm cuz my area here got lots of stray cat too . well i think those stray will not bully ur puppy geh . btw , i think those cat just want to eat only . if method to shoo them , i dun have any idea so far . because i sumtimes give those leftover fish bone for those stray cats .

method to shoo those stray cats away i think perhpas u can move the stray cat a better place to stay ? but dun use cruel way ya . many those people who sell mee or whatever use boiled water and shoo cats away , i feel very very cruel . sigh ... i very pity of those animal which is being bully by human . we should care them oso ya ^^ but dun worry those stray cat will not bully ur puppy
