Well, he can apply the supp the card for his grandfather in law, there’s no need to use other’s name. Same goes to your case, you can use your mom’s name too.

sorry for this noob question - but does all online bill payments qualify as an online transaction defined per these card T&C:

" online transactions with POS Mode Code “81” OR POS Condition Code “59” "

(ignoring specific exclusions mentioned in the T&C)

Bill payments e.g. Indah Water, Time Internet, TNB.

If you haven’t logged in for some months then your account will have this issue, have to call CS and they will unblock for you. I forgot how long have to log in once to avoid this problem. I think 6 months if I’m not mistaken.

Earlier I wasn’t able to login to the mobile app too. This happened when I wanted to login after I changed to a new phone. However, the CS is friendly so it was easily solved.
