the reasonable fastest from the day SPA stamped until loan released (if seller no existing loan) is approx 1 month2 months if you have existing loan.
anyway still depends whether:-
1. does seller have existing loan
2. got individual title or not?
please be mindful that whilst you want the cash fast, the buyer's lawyer or the buyer is under no obligation to speed up the process for you. as long as they pay within the period required of them to make full payment, you cannot hold them accountable for anything.
