(GrabCar) Do we need multiple-stop feature?
Although GrabCar do not have this feature but there is high demand from customer for multiple stop. And every drivers have their own way on dealing this issue.
Passenger demand:
-Return trip. Passenger won't stay at drop off location for more than 5 mins. (I will charge RM1 for every 3 mins if they want me to wait for longer time)
-Multiple stop. Few passengers in the car but all of them have different drop off locations. Happen to me where 4 of them have different drop off locations.
Drivers action on multiple stop:
-Some driver will reject and request customer to make another booking.
(risk of getting back the same customer if you are still the nearest after customer make new booking immediately)
- Side deal.
(reach drop off location and close the apps for return booking. Save 20% commission)
-Charge double and edit fare after finish the whole trip.
(need to call CS for remark.)
