(GrabCar) Do we need multiple-stop feature?

Although GrabCar do not have this feature but there is high demand from customer for multiple stop. And every drivers have their own way on dealing this issue.

Passenger demand:
-Return trip. Passenger won't stay at drop off location for more than 5 mins. (I will charge RM1 for every 3 mins if they want me to wait for longer time)

-Multiple stop. Few passengers in the car but all of them have different drop off locations. Happen to me where 4 of them have different drop off locations.




Drivers action on multiple stop:
-Some driver will reject and request customer to make another booking.
(risk of getting back the same customer if you are still the nearest after customer make new booking immediately)

- Side deal.
(reach drop off location and close the apps for return booking. Save 20% commission)

-Charge double and edit fare after finish the whole trip.
(need to call CS for remark.)

Return trip - Better don't include, complicated trip and foresee will create a lot of dispute if wait too long. Time is essential for driver.

Multistop - Good idea for me, i've seen couple require multi stop and current function limit them. Forced to drop off them both and ask them to re-order again. If get same ping have to call/email CS to make such remark.

One stop = one trip.
Multiple stop = multiple trips.

For passengers, they get to do their stuffs, provided max waiting time 10 minutes per stop.
For drivers, can possibly to complete 2 or more trips, depending on how many stops to cater to. Still can hit incentive set.

educate the passenger. not the driver. then many things will be solved.

question:
during the multiple stop, will we driver be getting another job from another passenger?

how do grab calculate the multiple stop fees?

This is not grabshare so will not get another job, mostly pick up/drop off with another location

So there is 2 drop off point which is multi stop feature

I think grabcar should also improve in its existing app features....there are lots of issues create to driver such as inaccuracy of the pick up location etc.

Don't just solely customize and keep create new features...grab share, multi dropped point, this & that etc.

This feature is already implemented I think
