Pipe leaking outside unit, whose responsibility

Hi guys,
wanna ask about the supply water piping leaking outside my unit is whose responsibility? the pipe located at lift lobby ceiling leaked and that pipe is actually supply water to my unit. so now the management said i need to bear the cost. any law / strata management act specify clearly whose responsibility is this?

OUTSIDE your unit?
I think your responsibility only extends to stuff within a certain boundary of your unit... otherwise its all "common" responsibility i.e. the management need to fix it... thats what the maintenance fund is for

basically if the pipe only for your unit, then you're responsible for it.
But there's many exception depend on cases, you can argue that the pipe not even reach inside your unit, it should be developer's or management's responsibility
