Who will get a winners’ medal?

The Premier League’s ruling states that you have to play five games for the title-winning team to claim a winners’ medal.

That means that Oscar, who left for the Chinese Super League at the halfway stage of the season, will claim a medal (but no doubt in the post) after appearing on nine occasions.

Asmir Begovic and Nathan Ake will miss out on a medal, with only one appearance to their name so far.

Ola Aina will win himself a medal if he appears in all three of the remaining games this season. Come on, Antonio. Do the kid a favour.

Every other player who has appeared for Chelsea this season has played six or more times.

Chelsea’s prize is set to be the most lucrative in Premier League history - standing at a staggering £150million.

Chelsea will lift the trophy after their Sky Live match with Sunderland on May 21, which kicks off at 3pm. So the trophy presentation will take place around 5pm.
