Even their live chat functions like an email nowadays. I got a reply to my live chat message 4 hours later via email.

Since many of you guys in this thread have repeatedly mentioned Gstore, I'd like to share something I realized yesterday. I bought a phone from the store, which has since been renamed to Tele Gadget, last week and the company name listed on the invoice is not Gadget Village and the address is at Taman Maluri. I don't know if there's been a change in Lazada Store ownership or if it's another branch but I did receive the item as promised.

There's no reason you should take it facing down. Lodge a complaint with Lazada that you're being threatened by the merchant for complaining about his service. Someone tried this with Steam early this year and got his entire company blacklisted from selling.

I'm referring specifically to how they went after reviewers on Steam who left a bad remark. Steam banned them for being hostile to their customers. No reason Lazada shouldn't take the same stance on this matter.
