in that cancellation form i opted for store credit, coz i thot refund to cc/dc could take longer to process
i waited and waited for days, nothing
then i go and check my card online statement, didn't expect it to be there though, just try my luck

but my experience
cs lazada PH is very babiiiiiiiiiiii
100% serving lazada's interests only, gives zero farkss to customer's plights
compared with lazada MY
they even called me to know what the whole fuss was about
i told them A-Z and they totally get my points
but since this case is handled by PH they really can't meddle lah

phone, no glitch, normal price, cancelled due to no stock, ONLY after i made inquiry after 1 week of complete silence, otherwise they keep holding on to my money for as long as they want i guess
i was being told nowadays max sorry voucher is rm50
higher valued sorry voucher will be tied to the last item u bought that got cancelled (that is now has normal price)
they learnt enough lessons from the recent price glitch i suppose
that's their way of sorting bona fide buyer from sorry voucher hunter

so...best voucher for rm700-800 item is by creating dupe? 10% max rm80

that was what i being told by that PH cs
dunno if cs MY use different policy

if anyone wonder whether lazada can force seller to fullfill the order but cook up a different story to us and make a profit from it
they can do much much more u know
they CAN actually unilaterally change the price even though seller set the price at let say RM1000, they can change it to let say RM850, internally
what they did was they call u, tell u the usual BS we can't give u sorry voucher in the amount that u ask for yada yada yada, what we can do is we'll help u get the cancelled item at the price that u paid for but u MUST use the link that we email u as we speak, (the most expensive one, even though got other sellers with lower prices)
then they ask u to complete the transaction there n then without any chance for u to check n compare prices with other sellers
insist u to pay rm1000 first
then they'll internally modify the price to rm850 and issue rm150 as refund

i fall for that u know
for abt 5 minutes b4 i and realized bodooooooooonyer


then i in rapid fire mode send them barrages of angry email, how dare u try and play play with me and insist them to cancel the transaction
didn't reply my email, just straight away called me and told me okay okay okay we cancelled already, and we'll give u sorry voucher, for rm150 but it will be tied to the link that we cancelled just now
ehhh babi, i don't want that link, damn expensive, what's the point of u cancelling it if u're going to tie the sorry voucher with that link? that's definitely not a sorry voucher, that's u squeezing my money for a more expensive item but disguising it as a sorry voucher


that's how bad and how ularrrrrr and how shilakerr lazada nowadays

the one i bought not a glitch, normal price
i paid 850, got cancelled
they came back to me insisting me to buy from another seller for rm1000
i refused coz sound really tipu, rm1000 (other sellers rm950-ish) got manufacturer warranty, where gottttt import set with manufacturer warranty, that phone doesn't even have malaysia set, not on lazada not any other sites
told cs abt that, i said i don't really believe that listing, u know what she said?
never mind, just buy first, if seller got tipu, u lodge another report to us
u moron, i don't even got patience already with this mess, u still want me to willingly submitting myself into another potential problem later? are u even human?
