Yesterday, I order iPhone Red for my mom birthday. Paid using CC. Plus express delivery to ensure reach today since I've read somewhere if order before 1PM should receive on the same day. But until now no status update. Should be there is payment acknowledged or something like "thank you for shopping" things right? Now I only get this. Should I be concern? Because I need it by today. My mom birthday is tonight.

Called them. CS said they will instruct ninja van to do the pick up and threat my case as urgent. But when I ask for tracking number, they said need ninja van pick up first baru ada tracking number. Finger crossed.

You are correct.

1. Call Lazada CS, CS said will ask Ninja Van to pick up the item at their warehouse. But when ask about tracking number CS said need to wait for Ninja Van pickup first baru got the tracking number. CS ensure my item will be deliver by today. Yayyy

2. After some time got tracking number. Check on Ninja Van website, actual pickup date @ 6:12PM yesterday. That CS lying to me or what? Fukkk

3. Call Ninja Van. They say my item OTW to my house already. I should receive it by today since its same day delivery item as what the operator said. Yayyy

4. Call them again at 7PM today to check where the delivery man since I need to go out for dinner, the operator said my item just arrive at their warehouse. Cannot sent it today due to late already. Fukkk

5. Call Lazada CS again. CS said no need to worry that she will initiate refund the extra RM7 that I pay for express shipping. Some people just don't understand, its not about the money sometime. Fukkk

So my question,

Which shithead lying to me. And who should I be rage at.
