This issue have been going on for a while,

I wrote a review on Google Reviews regarding my dissatisfaction of their service,
but I wrote it based on my opinion and the events that I felt without pointing fingers at the seller.

Seller was unhappy, whatsapp-ed me, threatening for legal action to take down the review.

I then informed the seller that its not libeling, and its solely based on my opinion.

Seller then sends me a copy of the email I sent to Lazada.

In dilemma over this, I won't mention the name of the seller, have enough headache with it myself. But you can review my past threads to figure it out.

so i received a sorry voucher worth RM100 for a purchase that I was really really looking forward to get. It's not a glitch, just the stupid seller said no stock

cut long story short, apparently the sorry voucher is TIED to your account liao

because when i told them the voucher cannot be used, they replied me this:

Can spoon-feed which seller sells SSD the cheapest? Including installation

im pretty sure they didnt refund, coz they always send email that ask my bank details, im reply many times my bank details to them but they just stuck there, they said bank bounce, but they cant show me proof. just now i live chat with someone name faliq, he said me use vulgar word, close chating terus, may b im little rude just now, but im sure im no mention someone's name, i rude to no 1, just release my rage, that faliq guy betul2 rude lah!

they sent my phone to another person! 

after a few rounds of emails then only resolved the issue by sending me the phone i bought, almost 1 month later 

I accidentally misspelled my friend  address wrong and the lazada cs ppl say they can't edit for me .  Should be Selesa jaya  but become selena jaya . Should be ok right?

After not give up with keeping complaint, finally got RM100 SV due to they didn't refund last time's phone glitch but keep lying that they got make transfer to my bank acc!!!     

How to find the glitch. Anyone can share it or pm me?
