good luck in trying to get 2nd delivery

pos laju quite good if sent to company address..most of the time they able to reach within time given..but then if using home adress..farking late..few time already, pickup my self at the counter...reason given..couldnt find the address..no one at home..lol

You are lucky if they leave you a note.Sometimes you refresh the system,stated failed delivery but you won't saw any note.Need to call and ask what had happened.

Sometimes 2nd delivery also not deliver by the time they promise.

Forgot to mention,sometimes they don't even horn.When you gonna reach them,they just go away.

something weird happened to me last friday

since 2005 i have been shopping online and this is the first time i counter this weird pos laju experience

this pos laju guy sms me ask when he can deliver the item as no body at home

which brings me to this question: isn't it easier to wait a while for the house owner to come out, rather than having to bring back the parcel to their office? Also, don't they have KPI to meet?

Those who paid RM4999 for the cheap phones better pray very hard for the order to be cancelled. As of now, it's a willing buyer, willing seller fair trade. Seller will not be incentivised to cancel the order since you have willingly clicked "Buy Now".
