I remember they cancelled some orders after sending similar email to customers.

It's ok. If they fail to deliver, at least I got this email to fall back to, and I can shoot them kaw kaw for this.

my suggestion this time if lazada cancel our phone order.
We together lodge a report to tribunal & kdnkk.

Coz this time involving huge amount of money.
Somehow I feel lazada purposely to do this...collect our money first to roll over their business with good sales record ke. Ekekeke..... not sure lah.
