i know there's these T&C but did anyone actually try complaining to tribunal before?

I know they have the upper hand. But I will still complain to kpndkk. If possible I will complain to the press to give them bad publicity. Then they will think twice b4 pulling the same stunt again.

Thats one sided t&c..but enduser also hv their right.
The money hv been deduct n hold by them b4 given back ..so some kind compensation is appropriate imo

If items stuck on processing for few days and we didn't get the items delivered to us.Most probably it will be cancel,maybe few days or even 1 week later.

This is of course a difficult task. But against all odds if we can win this will be a new era of online purchase in Malaysia.

I have complained before to kpndkk, not for wrong pricing and cancellation, much worse imho
They increased the price during the Flash Sale. Couple of hours before the Flash Sale, the price was less
Complained to KPNDKK, and all they do is forward my complaint to Lazada and together with my full name and IC number
Total disregard for my privacy.

In the end, nothing happen. No follow up, no sorry, no nothing.....

What is the use if kpndkk just forward the complaint to Lazada but dont take any action? Absolutely useless

Dont dreaming lah cheapskate , kpdnkk dont bother to entertain since everything is already stated in lazada's t&c, buat malu je nnt lol
