It sucks to hear that seller is now threatening buyer base on experience given by seller to buyer. Instead of patching things up, they tend to go hostile instead. I'm sure if they try to amend things, you'll give them a chance. But don't seems to be like for this case. I bought 4 tires from them and instead I had a wonderful ones. But sadly for you, it sucks to end up this way rclxub.gif

I bought the tires from them from Lzd and so far the experience for me was great. I hope YL Auto continues to improve their customer service experience if they were to sell through online. thumbup.gif

Yeah. Been there and experienced it. The parcel was delivered to another house because of address on the parcel was overlap and torn some information about my house address.

From house 16 becomes 6 only.

I had to find out the delivery guy by calling up Gdex and they gave me the delivery driver hand phone number. After finding out, I went to the house and got back my item. Luckily it was easy for me.
