oh, i see why you said the app is down. I am having the same issue with no delivery. Fyi, the same thing happened on the night of mega handphone glitch. Had to buy using website.

Already at gdex sp lettew but they haven't process OR they send to wrong gdex hub already

Just push lazada. Been there done that.

They asking for account details.Didn't reply them,refunded in store credit less than 24 hours later.
