I recently changed from Celcom to Maxis using the same number. The issue is I did not get TAC no when I request from Maybank and CIMB. It was working fine when I try send sms from other phone. only SMS from maybank and cimb I did not get.
At first I thought it was an issue with online banking but after 2 days I request, still did not get. And then I try using my wife cimb, request tac as usual, no issue. I suspect something wrong with my maxis line.

- Call maybank.
- Go to ATM and update your phone number.
