been to 3 different bike seat shops for my z900.

+ pretty fast
+ good quality work
+ can adjust to ur liking sampai ur satisfied
- have to go super early... like be there 30 mins before they open...did this n got to be 2nd in line... 10 mins after the shop opened bikes started coming in n queing quite alot. like a non stop stream. shop waaayy too popular
- this kinda made me uncomfortable to take too long to test n adjust the seat even though they didnt pressure me...didnt want other people to be waiting too long.
- uses modenas kriss foam to re-do the seat (more below)

+ same exact price as has
+ basically exactly the same as has la from pricing, quality, materials etc.
+ dont really need to go early. i went at 2pm and they took me immediately n was done rather quick too.
+ has cute cats roaming around the shop
- also uses modenas kriss foam (more below). when asked if they have other foams, they said no.

NOTE: i didnt redo my seat here but i did 2x helmet cheekpads and satisfied with both.
+ i asked about seats, n they showed me their "comfort foam" as they call it... definitely not modenas kriss foam and definitely feels more premium n much better than the modenas foam.
+ have to make appointment i think. can contact them to ask
- they are expensive compared to both has and misai. where both has n misai charges rm150 for both front n rear, carlo charges RM120 (iirc) for front only... front n rear can run up to 2xx.
* not sure ho long they take to do seats.. my helmet cheekpads took quite awhile as i sent during ramadhan last year and they had heavy orders and they always prioritize seats. cheekpads they do when they free... was expecting to be ready after raya (even told them that) but they completed within a week.

modenas kriss foam: i actually own a modenas kriss and have never liked the seat. i find the foam too soft. when i first did my z900 at HAS with the kriss foam... was disappointed when they said its kriss foam but went ahead anyway... n yes the too soft feel is there. can feel comfortable at first but after awhile it didnt. so i went to misai kucing hoping they had a different or better foam, they didnt but since same foam, i padded it abit more and made more adjustments to the shape. its much better now.

the comfort foam from carlo moto feels nicer to the touch and when squeezed its soft yet firm.. if i ever plan to redo my z900 seat again, im definitely paying extra at carlo moto.
