Any good motorcycle paint and modify shop in KL? Thinking of adding a usb port to my kapchai and painting the whole thing red so looking for a reputable shop.

Why are Malaysian motorcyclist so fucking insane? This morning I almost got hit by a dude who used the highway entry ramp as the exit ramp [I was in the right, he was not] and before that i was lane filtering between a long line of car while maintaining some distance some distance between the motorcycle in front of me because my EX5 takes time to stop and I know this but the dude behind me kept blaring his horn for some reason even though I'm basically just maintaining speed?!

Then I switched lane because I needed to get on the ramp earlier in the story and the dude had to slow down anyway [WHICH WAS THE SPEED I WAS AT EARLIER WHEN I WAS LANE FILTERING] when he got to the motorcycle in front of me earlier.

Then on the way back home after work they just shoot into my lane while I'm lane filtering again causing me to slam on the rear brake and pump on my front brake quickly otherwise I would have crashed and yet I still almost skidded [IT WAS FUCKING RAINING WTF].

Not to mention the cars dear god. I was lane filtering on the highway again and gave the signal to move into their lane because i needed to use the exit ramp on the left. THE MOMENT I DID THAT THE FUCKING CAR WHO WAS MAINTAINING SPEED EARLIER MOVED IN FRONT TO BLOCK ME. Like without any warning whatsoever. This doesn't mention those that move slightly to the right when I'm on the left lane [Hey EX5, not modified so I'm slow.] when they see that I wanted to pass them.

Also does it hurt them to maintain speed instead of cutting me at the motorcycle lane on the toll area ENTRY. Like zuuuuuup, while I was on the speedbump, I'm not even slow since I'm almost mudguard to mudguard to the dude in front of me and he still had to slow down after passing me AGAIN.

WTF malaysia.

Exactly right?! After my first accident last month I learn to give signal amply to always double check that the coast are clear before committing [although sometimes I'm forced to use gear 3 at top speed suddenly because a fucking lori ayam just zooms into my lane crossing 3 lane in a few second.] The part about the single lane motorcyle on the toll are the worst, its a narrow road with non-slip paint that is actually slippier and they decide that's the time to pass us. It's hell.

One of the other worst thing is blantantly ignoring the red light as a group even though cars are about to move. They think theyre invincible or some shit in a group.

Can someone help me out with something weird? I bought a used Honda EX5 110cc 2014 model [without the FI] and according to articles from 2013 during its launch it should have a 4 liter fuel tank.

Problem is when the needle hits the red part of my fuel gauge I went to refill and it only fills up to 2.5 lite and that's enough to cause the needle to hit all the way over the F symbol.

Any idea where the other 1.5 liter is or is that for emergency? Because I thought my bike was having a fuel economy problem but if its correct that means I'm still getting a good 40km/l.

Is it a simple procedure or will it take time? I need my bike for despatch work so if it takes awhile/expensive I'll just lump it with the overhaul I plan to do a few months from now.

Sorry for the late reply. Its actually a 4 years old second hand ex5 110 [carburator] that I bought 2 months ago and in that timespan I got into an accident, cheated by mechanic and had to bring it to another shop that says my piston need reboring so thats why I'm doing it soon. I love that piece of shit bike thou even if it can only hit 90 km and with a lot of whining and eating fuel for 40km/l because its my first ever bike and it fucking works! Thank god I didnt go for SYM e-bonus [new] because their segambut service center is completely flooded with bikes that need servicing.

Anybody know where to get a copy of ex5 110 2013 model (carburetor) service manual? I want to know the service interval but I can't seem to find a copy anywhere and the only one online are for dream and highpower or its a repair manual.

I bought mine used so it didn't come with the manual.

Is the Kawasaki w175 ever coming to Malaysia? Also why every single bike that comes always have premium compare to indo and Thailand, taxes? It's not like we even have an indigenous motorcycle industry to protect anymore.

Before I make a huge mistake buying on shopee and getting non-protective chinese helmet,

Can someone recommend me RM200< Helmet? I used KHI and LTD helmet before since they got dual lens and KHI has full face for less than 200. I'm on a very tight RM500 budget which I also want to use to buy an ok protective jacket which is better than nothing. That RM500 is for both helmet and jacket.

So any suggestion?

Ooooof. Pricey indeed. I might just get a jacket first then. Got into an accident twice and each time they fuck up my body in newer ways. Also I'm aprehensive about buying those chinese helmet because they're not made for high speed crash. Many of those feel thin because they are since most collisions happened when riding low powered electric scooter. Definitely not suitable for here yet I see hundreds of people buying them off shopee and lazada.

Where do guys buy your sheez? Any shop lets you try the stuff on for size because checking online only gives me motogear and they're expensive.

Offtopic from earlier one but my EX5 110 [carb] top speed is 85 km/ph and fuel consumption is 30 km/l. I heard a lot from my friend who can go above 100+ km/ph with their kapcais and that honda official fuel consumption figure states that my bike should get 45 km/l.

Is it because its old or is this actually within spec? If so anything I can do about it since going on highway at 85 km/ph with my courier side job feels like a deathwish.
