Is there any bike washing shops that lube chains as well in subang jaya or sunway that u guys frequent?

Guys want to ask. If buying a second hand bike with no more loan, is it safe for buyer to pay full amount prior to official jpj change name process and there is an agreement between buyer n seller? Plan is seller will then go change name at JPJ without buyer at different date and then within 7 days buyer will also go to JPJ independently to complete the process.

Hey guys so im looking for this steel cables to lock jacket since it cant fit inside topbox. The ones i found on lazada seems very thin wire. Any of you also using steel wires to lock jackets to bike? Where to find thick ones 😅 Attached thumbnail(s)

Seen videos they use 10mm ones.. current ones at lazada only 1-2mm... String through jacket sleeves and wrap around bike. Will be visiting mr diy to see if they have. Found online 10mm ones but sold in 20m or so.. i would need a cutter and dont need that long.. so 😅 Another option was these below.. but its 4m and there are hooks at the end that cant be taken off. Would need only 2m for us to secure 2 jackets Attached thumbnail(s)

You can try ACE Hardware Store in ICP Shopping Center in Mutiara Damansara. I think it has ABUS thick cable lock.
I bought my thick bicycle cable lock from Uptown bicycke shop many years ago. RAV X cable lock, 72", 8mm. I think I paid RM120 in 2011.
