is it from the front sprocket? try to draw a straight line from the leak spot.
if your front sprocket is dirty and it was raining you get droplets that look like leak.

yes, the leaking spot is at front sprocket area, later i go check and see.

Look like here is oily too.
If I were you, get it clean first. Easier to trace.

I personally just use wd40 to remove the grease, clean it with water then wipe it dry.

I usually use this Spanjaard Degreaser.
I clean chains and anything oily/grimy on the bike with it.

Diesel is great, but oily residue.
Like others said, soapy (dish soap is the best) water will do with elbow grease.

Do you guys think a customized seat cushion is recommended? my arse was on fire during my recent trip to thailand. am wondering whether i should get one, my only concern is that a softer cushion might cause an improper seating position, buttock leaning more to one side etc

any idea where in klang valley can i get a good shop that can provide good quality customization.

I've went to carlo moto in cheras to get my seat trimmed. Search at google maps, it has decent reviews.
At the shop you can choose between normal sponge or gel for your seat.
You can send them a message before visiting.

CB650R, made stops every 150km distance that should be an hour plus or so in between stops.
occasionally had to ride while standing on the foot peg for a few secs at lower speed to "cool" my butt / ease the discomfort

Unless you are really overweight, maybe can try this

Lean forward a bit, squeeze the tank more with your legs to support yourself. Keep your elbows loose (if not your shoulders will cramp up quick) and little to no weight on the wrist. You can adjust your handle bar to help with positioning.

Try not to sit so upright. Sitting upright puts more weight on your butt.

I've been riding 2 hour stints (fuel only last 2hrs) on my NK which isn't that much more padded when it comes to seat pad. If anything the CB seat is more comfortable.

But as in all things, this needs time and miles to get used to. They don't call it iron butt for no reason.
