Probably need to look to the side (Hamstead) and also to the back to see the density of the PPR block. No joke. From Google map also able to feel the size of those blocks.

jam sure will jam la... haha... everywhere in Kl also jam one... this area location not bad... but then the roads inside very narrow.... and alot of double parkings... haha.... hence why will jam inside the residential area... only the main roads is consider ok for accessibility... but having said this... cheras almost all townships also jam like this one... lol.... peak hours come out... u gonna jam before u leave the township... thats why for peak hours daily commuting... even though distance to KL is very short... but time taken is the same as all the outskirts townships for now... 10km to KL require 35-45 mins... if rain or accident... sometimes can touch up to one and half hour.... lol

no perfect property gua... the project itself is quite okay together with the pricing frankly speaking... haha.... and location depends on ppl needs also.... if i am working around pj areas maybe i would go for enesta rumawip.... if is around cheras bukit jalil bangsar those... sure will choose this location already...

damn it wangsamas is the best rumahwip to get. and to know that dbkl keeping like almost half units to their own at 160k (price is rumours).
